2. Scope of the Terms

These Terms govern:

• use of all websites under the Multitalent Group,
• purchase and delivery of digital products and downloadable materials,
• booking of consultations and creative services,
• use of AI tools and automations,
• licensing, responsibilities, and user rights.

By accessing our websites, you accept this document.

3. Digital Products and Services

Multitalent Group provides:

• digital products (PDFs, templates, design systems, creative assets),
• services (consultations, Insight* sessions, audits, mentoring),
• online resources,
• AI-powered tools and mini automations.

Digital products are considered delivered once an access link or download option is provided.

4. License and Allowed Use

Purchasing a digital product grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

You may not:

• resell, share, or distribute the products to third parties,
• sublicense or rent the content,
• remove watermarks, signatures, or protection elements,
• publish or claim the materials as your own.

Extended or commercial licensing requires written approval.

5. Prices and Payments

All prices are listed in EUR.
Payments may be processed through:

• Stripe
• PayPal
• bank transfer
• other methods available per project

Products and services are delivered after successful payment.

6. Cancellations, Withdrawal, and Refunds

6.1 Digital Products

Due to EU legislation on digital content, no withdrawal or refund is possible once the digital product has been delivered.

6.2 Services

Cancellation policy:

• more than 24 hours before the scheduled session → free
• less than 24 hours → 50% fee
• no-show without cancellation → 100% fee

6.3 Technical issues

If you cannot access or open the digital product, we will provide a new link or an alternative file format.

7. AI Tools and Automations

AI-generated content is advisory only.
By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that:

• outputs are not legally binding,
• verification and correct interpretation are your responsibility,

Multitalent Group is not liable for decisions based on AI outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

Multitalent Group is not responsible for:

• interruptions caused by third-party services,
• loss of data due to user actions,
• misuse or misinterpretation of delivered materials,
• damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the respective product or service.

9. User Accounts

Users are required to:

• provide accurate information,
• protect their login credentials,
• avoid misuse of their account.

The operator may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, visuals, texts, systems, templates, and AI solutions are the intellectual property of the Multitalent Group.

Copying, redistributing, altering, or publishing them without permission is prohibited.

11. External Links

Our websites may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, YouTube, Perplexity).
We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Changes to the Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically.
